separate pool areas quiet spot relaxed location
I liked the three separate pool areas. It was easy to find a quiet spot. The hotel is near the main road. The location felt quiet and relaxed even though it was close to everything.

the hotel has three lovely pools. many loungers. breakfast offered plenty of options. i liked the outdoor shower (it was very refreshing!).
i noticed a very slight mildew odor in one of the rooms.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i saw many choices offered, and everything tasted so fresh. the resort has multiple pools, and this was good after long days.
the lighting in the rooms was not very strong, and i found it a little dim at times.

noisy air conditioning loose tiles
The staff were generally helpful. the breakfast buffet was acceptable.
i must express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my room. the air conditioning unit emitted a constant, loud noise throughout the night, impacting sleep quality. furthermore, i found the external shower poorly maintained, with loose tiles that presented a safety concern. these issues detracted significantly from an otherwise satisfactory stay.

Great stay and convenient location
relaxing gardens nice size pools short walk huge bathtub
The hotel's gardens provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The pools were a nice size and had enough loungers. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, a monkey trail, and a market. My room included a spacious outdoor shower and a huge bathtub.
The room decor felt a little dated to me. The bathroom could use some minor updates, but it was functional.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. They offered tips about local attractions and provided prompt service whenever needed. The team cares about guest comfort.

My room included a comfortable bed and a balcony that overlooked the garden area. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh flowers were provided. A spacious bathroom was equipped with large pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and various restaurants. It is very close to the main road. The location allowed easy access to the monkey trail and the night market.
