fantastic stay

I found the hotel to have well kept gardens and good pools. the reception and bar area seemed lovely to me. the staff were really friendly to everyone. The entertainment at night was good. a la carte restaurants provided superb food.

the hotel grounds were very clean and well maintained. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. i found great variety at the buffet, it was actually quite good! the pools were refreshing, and i had no trouble finding a sunbed at any time.
the gym equipment was limited. there were a few broken machines

i stayed for several nights and enjoyed the variety of restaurants. the asian and grill restaurants were delicious, the food was really good. the staff were amazing, efficient, helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the grounds were immaculately kept with lovely plants and trees.
the hotel could use some updates. standard rooms lack basic amenities like hand wash. i found the shower pressure to be very weak. i also noticed noise from vans near the ground floor rooms.

I loved this hotel!!! the staff were so friendly and helpful. the food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options at every meal. the pools were clean and inviting, and i appreciated the different areas for relaxation and activities.
the only minor issue was that the gym equipment seemed a little outdated.
