a decent stay overall

central location helpful staff cathedral view hot room loud seagulls faulty curtains

the location was very central, i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. staff were helpful, and responded quickly to my queries. room 303 had a quiet balcony, i was able to see the cathedral from there.

our room was very hot on the top floor, it was difficult to sleep.

lovely receptionist central location spacious room

The receptionist was lovely upon arrival and stored our bags. this allowed us to explore the area before check-in. the hotel's location is spot on and offers convenient access to local attractions! i found the room to be spacious. It included a lovely walk-in shower.

i wish the bar stayed open a bit later for hotel guests.

perfect location clean room gated car park

the hotel location is perfect, really close to the city center. i found the room very clean and spacious. i also appreciated the gated car park , it was a real bonus for security.

the evening menu choices were slightly limited , but the food quality was still fine.

the breakfast included a good selection of fresh fruit with yogurt and muesli , a pleasant start to the day. hot plates were used for the cooked breakfast, a really nice touch.

the staff were consistently friendly and always helpful. a receptionist efficiently found me an alternative room on a lower floor, appreciated because there are no lifts.

the room had good blackout curtains, a great help for a good night's sleep. secure parking added convenience and peace of mind. a comfortable lounge was also a nice addition.
