Acceptable experience OVERALL

fresh breakfasttasty breakfastsuper clean roomtired carpetdodgy keycardteam area
The breakfast was VERY fresh and tasty. The room was super clean WHICH i found pleasing. THE location of the hotel overlooking the bay was perfect.
The carpet in the room i stayed in needed replacing AS it looked tired. I found the room keycard dodgy, it never opened the door on the first try. There were many team areas and offices near the rooms SO it seemed like walking into the office area.

wonderful stay

helpful staffmodern roomdelicious foodworn carpet
i found the staff very helpful and cute upon arrival. the room was modern with good amenities including a mini fridge and comfortable beds. i particularly enjoyed the food, the waters edge dinner and breakfast was delicious.. the working boat also served great food. the location is ideal with a short walk to the high street.
the carpet on the second floor requires replacement as it looks worn, even after cleaning. the room keycard was unreliable, it often required several attempts to open the door. receiving an email about a virtual key, then finding out it did not function was disappointing.
