great location friendly staff helpful staff thin walls uncomfortable bed poor pillows
the location is fantastic! penn station is only a ten minute walk away. you can easily explore many sights on foot. the staff was so friendly and helpful both before and .
the bed and pillows were not so good! i don't think i slept well . the walls were thin. i could hear every hall conversation and door shut.

Really good Stay in the City
great location refillable water quiet room useful robe
The hotel location allowed easy access to key attractions. The complimentary refillable water bottles were a great touch. The lux king offered a quiet room with appreciated in-room amenities. I found the robes and courtesy umbrella useful (a lifesaver!).
The coffee machine provided coffee that was not the best.

FABULOUS Stay!
convenient location helpful staff thoughtful touch
I ABSOLUTELY loved the close proximity to dining locations and coffee shops! It was also an easy walk to the concert venue near Madison Square Garden. The staff offered helpful service. The complimentary water bottles upon check-in were a thoughtful touch.
The hotel charged a holding deposit. I found the delayed return of funds inconvenient.
