modern kitchen free coffee
i stayed in a studio room. the room included a kitchen with a two-burner stove, a microwave, and dishware. i found free coffee and tea in the lobby, a very nice touch!
the room got quite warm at night! the temperature in the building seemed a little high.

inadequate stay, several ISSUES
faulty keycard unapologetic staff
the location IS good. It was close to local stores.
my key card was always not working. the front desk folks were not apologetic at all about this. it seemed like it was a regular thing. i think the hotel need to do something about it.

adequate but underwhelming
sink stopper infrequent cleaning
the sink stopper was definitely a struggle. i really didn't like that. also, the room cleaning only happened once during my entire stay. i wasn't expecting that. i thought cleaning was every day.

amazing brussels stay! totally thrilled!
spacious apartment great location
I loved how spacious the apartment was! it really had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave. Everything i needed was there. the location rocks. It's close to the louise metro station, so convenient for getting around.
The noise from outside really got to me. I heard deliveries early in the morning. the thin walls didn't help either. I could hear neighbors clearly.

The room had separated bathroom and shower facilities. This worked very well. kitchen facilities were adequate, awesome for simple meal preparation and it was quite handy. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after exploring the city, what a blast!

The lobby provided complimentary water and hot coffee, what a perfect touch! the staff were super cute and available, always ready to assist with any questions. i loved that the reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day. This provided extra security and convenience.

some issues with the stay
the location had proximity to tourist spots, so that was nice.
the new key system didn't work, i had to reactivate it repeatedly, frustrating. one evening new guests entered my room because they were assigned the same room number.

Convenient Apartment near Justice Palace
spacious apartment separate bedroom comfortable sofa bed large bathroom
The apartment was spacious and clean. It included a living room and a separate bedroom on the second floor. A sofa bed in the living room provided ample space and comfort. A large bathroom, a kitchen, and a second toilet were located on the first floor.
The room felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. I also noticed the absence of an extra lock on the door.
