Lovely Hotel Stay Experience

I regularly use the extensive gym for my workouts. It has a sauna, and a nice pool is available. Rooms offer everything needed for business, including an iron, coffee maker, large desk, and good WiFi. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast host, Suad, stands out. He is always attentive and kind.
I found the AC was very loud. It kept me awake at night. The room became too hot if I turned it off. Either way, I had a poor night's sleep. I hope they will improve this issue

i stayed one night. the staff were cute and friendly. the in house restaurant, the poet, is very good and the bar has great staff.
the wi-fi i had to go ask to reception for it to be free otherwise it wanted me to accept charges.

the restaurant had excellent food and quick service. the gym has good equipment. the location was central. breakfast included many options. it was very easy to find the hotel upon arrival, which i appreciated after a long day of travel.

the curtains in my room had black marks ALL over them. ALSO, for such a highly esteemed hotel, i think it is a BIG ask to provide a proper teaspoon instead of those pathetic tiny stirrers EVERY day!
