I found the staff attentive. the room was immaculate and offered great comfort . dining options provided delicious meals. I especially appreciated the attention to detail evident throughout the hotel.
the pool area became crowded during peak hours. this limited access to loungers and made it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities. i hope they address this in the future.
