The staff was very helpful, especially at the concierge desk. i especially appreciated the pool. It was very clean. i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions (it made getting around easy!). the room service was prompt and efficient.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in.

my beautiful king room had comfortable furniture and a modern design. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the temperature consistent (a great relief!). the bathroom included quality toiletries and fluffy towels.

the fitness center featured modern equipment including treadmills and weights. the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby shopping centers. the rooftop pool area had ample seating and shaded sections.

my stay went super well! the staff helped me a lot. the room was big, and the washroom was also very very good i thought. the facilities were so relaxing!
i think the breakfast needs improvement. i saw some insects touching the food at the buffet. some drawers needed more cleaning too.

the hotel offered decent proximity to key areas, it was really well connected. reaching different attractions wasn't really hard for me. it was super easy to travel around the city from the hotel.

i found the room very clean. i really liked the free shuttle bus to the major attractions, it was very convenient. the front desk team, particularly hamza, was always smiling and helpful, offering great cute assistance.
