the staff were friendly and helpful. complimentary water bottles were available in the rooms and at the bar, which i found particularly useful in the climate.

the room i was initially given had a slight unpleasant odor, but it was resolved quickly

I stayed in the hotel and found the staff very attentive to my needs. the breakfast team was most efficient. They catered to every request i had. my room attendant, shahjahan, kept my room immaculate. i liked that he always had a smile and made sure i had plenty of water.

i noticed the tv's connectivity was limited. i was unable to connect my laptop via hdmi. this made it slightly difficult to work from the room.

i encountered some problems . the television was not functional, i could not connect my laptop via hdmi. i contacted reception, and maintenance attempted to fix it three times without success. also, i deposited money for breakfast at reception and requested change but i did not receive it at the time, resulting in inconvenience and a need for a later return.
