the hotel was fine. it had an amazing location for the rugby. i will definitely return here. the staff on reception were excellent members. they were very professional when dealing with our request.
the transparent glass wall didnt give enough privacy in the bathroom. there werent enough towel rails to dry towels properly. there was nowhere to hang hand towels.

Acceptable Stay, Issues with Dinner Service

The room was clean and provided basic comfort.
Dinner at the 8th Floor Bistro was not good. Staff seemed disorganized and lacked direction. A team leader was needed. The meals were not worth the cost. The jacket potatoes were cold. The chef glared when the issue was raised.
