the room was clean and fairly spacious.
The breakfast area felt cramped, especially during peak hours. I struggled to find a table one morning and felt rushed.

the waffle station at breakfast was a huge hit i loved the shower it was so powerful. the bed was comfortable and the bedding felt really luxurious i loved those high thread count cotton sheets. what a treat
i booked a room with a view but my window only showed roofs and air conditioning pipes it was such a bummer. i expected something different i really paid extra

loud air conditioninglimited breakfast
The air conditioning was quite loud. I found it difficult to sleep. also, the variety of options at breakfast seemed more limited than i expected. there was no omelet station, a small detail, yet one i missed. the gym hours also seemed restrictive. i had a very specific expectation, i wanted a workout, but, i was unable to get in due to the hours.

i loved the shower. It had excellent pressure and consistent hot water. the breakfast had many choices and the cooked options were spot on. plenty of washing items were in the room, like shower gels and soaps.
The pillows in the room were too soft. it was a very minor issue. But worth mentioning.

the hotel included a kids corner in the downstairs area. this corner ensured that families had a space where children could play. i also noticed that it kept the little ones entertained during downtime.

The team provided a warm welcome. the efficiency of the staff stood out. nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved that. their commitment enhanced our visit.
