The breakfast buffet was plentiful. It offered a great selection of hot and cold items. The location is fantastic. It is opposite the beach and close to local attractions. The beds were really comfortable. I had sound sleep.
I found it quite inconvenient, that paying with cash at the hotel was not possible. This impacted my spending choices while on vacation, not ideal.

The location allows easy access to the beach and attractions. the staff were very polite. They helped me a lot. my room had huge windows, and the view of the sea was perfect.

the location suited me perfectly. the hotel is very modern with friendly staff. the room had great amenities, including a large bathroom with a monsoon shower. i found the bed very comfortable.
the bar was a bit disappointing as it used the breakfast room. it lacked comfortable seating. it was only staffed when calling someone from reception. there was no option for an evening meal.

the hotel offers electric chargers just around the corner, convenient. there is a gym available, but the tv remote wasn't working on some equipment. lifts stopped working one night, resulting in stairs.

the staff were attentive and polite, especially paul at reception. he provided very important information. the level of customer service was excellent. he were pretty good, and he is a credit to the hotel.

The location is great. A walk across the road leads to the beach. plenty of pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, convenient. the staff members were friendly. bars open late.
The room windows were VERY dirty. It was worse when the sun came out. i was told only the sister hotel next door does them.
