The staff were attentive, from the cute receptionist to the thoughtful dining staff , to the talented chef. Our room overlooked the garden with comfortable chairs and a very cozy bed.
I found the TV channels did not work . I kept getting an error message. Also , we had not been informed about the air conditioning system in the room , so it was a bit too hot for sleeping.

the staff were attentive and helpful at all times (martin in the restaurant was a star!). the grounds are beautifully maintained. the hotel itself felt grand but also very cute.
the tv channels in my room didn't work properly, showing an error message repeatedly.

The food quality was very good, especially at breakfast where there were excellent options. They offered loose leaf tea, which i personally appreciated. the tasting menu featured recommended wine pairings (a plus!).
