The hotel food was SOOOO disappointing! The dinner buffet reminded me of a major letdown. The main courses tasted bland. They cleared my plate REALLY fast, almost like they wanted me gone. the warm water in the bathroom kept switching from warm to cold-pretty annoying!

i was pleased with the location right on the beach. the breakfast buffet had many choices and healthy options. i really liked the restaurant and pool bar staff.. Lleynis always stopped to talk to me.
my room had issues with the ac and i had to get help. the maintenance showed me how to maximise use. the tip is to set the dial to the snowflake sign and number 1 on the fan... don't try and put it higher. the hallways are dark and need improvement. the bathroom felt outdated.
