uncomfortable bedstaffing issues
I must say I was a bit let down . The bed in the King Room was not what I expected. It felt more like a queen, and I found it rather uncomfortable. coordinating transportation to and from the airport proved challenging. Despite the hotel advertising free shuttles, I ended up having to spend £40 on taxis because the service was unavailable. It appears there are staffing issues. That impacted the shuttle service.

I found the breakfast disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The food labeled as 'warm' was often cold and seemed like it had been prepared well in advance. This was a consistent issue. The fruit was coarsely cut and unpeeled, and the coffee from the machines was mediocre. I expected much BETTER.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciate the hotel provided a free airport shuttle. It made my early morning departure easy. Breakfast included fresh orange juice and a wide selection of pastries. The rooftop pool had lovely mountain views.
The hallway leading to suites on the fourth floor have a strange smell.
