historical charm and really good service

the hotel's location is central near the cathedral in the historic quarter. the reception staff was notably helpful and efficient. the rooftop bar provided excellent panoramic views of the city and sea.
the curtains did not fully cover the windows causing brightness early in the morning.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location was superb and right in the heart of everything. i especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with its excellent views.
My room was near the hotel entrance. It was quite noisy. early morning light also came in because the curtains did not fully cover the windows.

breakfast included a good choice of options and was perfect! bus stops are nearby. yellow buses 1 and 12 will take you to canteras beach. blue bus 303 goes inland to vega de mateo.

the staff were seriously helpful, they upgraded my room when there was a slight issue. breakfast rocked, very nice i say. the hotel's location is directly on the plaza de santa ana i tell you, right in the heart of the historic area.
my room looked way smaller than the pictures showed, i was bummed. the room only had a small hatch for a window, not awesome. the curtains did not fully cover the windows, it got bright early.
