charmed by the canaries!
relaxed atmosphere helpful staff excellent lounge
the hotel boasts a relaxed atmosphere. the staff is very helpful, polite and cheerful. the food and drinks are very good (especially the themed evenings!). i sat by the pool every day and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and relaxed. i loved the executive lounge!
the path to the beach is steep and uneven. it can be challenging for people with mobility issues. i also noticed a few tiles missing from the indoor jacuzzi. it could use a little tlc.

i noticed the restaurant staff were friendly and quick to clear tables. the reception staff were helpful with directions and local information. i found them to be proactive in assisting with any queries i had.

mixed feelings about this hotel
french-focused entertainment unenforced rules
The entertainment seemed geared towards french guests, and i often felt excluded. the food quality disappointed me. It lacked variety and flavour. the 'my favourite club' supposedly avoided children, but i saw many running around in the lounge, this was not enforced. the indoor pool area also was advertised as adults only after 4 p.m., yet kids splashed about without staff intervention. i'm not sure i would return!!!

clean hotel large variety french entertainment inconvenient token
The hotel was very clean overall. I found the food to be amazing with a large variety available (especially the fruit!).
The evening entertainment was very French based. The hotel staff didn't explain the drink cup token system well at check-in, I found this inconvenient.

worn tiles rocky path
the resort looked fine at first, but my standard double room was not great. the bathroom tiles looked worn, and the showerhead sprayed water everywhere. accessing the beach was a challenge because a steep and rocky path exists.

a generally positive stay
clean ground fresh towel european style early closure space occupancy short time
the grounds were well maintained and everything was clean. the food choices reflected a european style i found this pleasant. my room was cleaned daily fresh towels were always available i experienced no issues.
the pool bar closed relatively early at 6pm the upstairs bar did not open until 6:30pm. the facility of 'my club' seemed to occupy too much space within the restaurant. this also extended to their own bar considering how few guests used it the all inclusive option ended at 11pm this was half an hour before the actual bar closed.

excellent hotel for relaxing getaway
nice pools wide selection comfortable room
i found nice pools. the breakfast buffet offered many options. the all-inclusive package included a wide selection of drinks. staff cleaned rooms daily and ensured comfort. i had a relaxing and quiet vacation because of the hotel's location. the nearby beach was sandy with a blue flag.
the hotel is a little out of town.

the staff provided great service at the reception. restaurant staff members were also excellent. the bar staff were very helpful to all of the guests. i think the staff made the hotel shine with their service.

the spacious room featured a well-functioning air conditioner. there was also a tv providing english channels. the room included a balcony providing a nice area to relax. i also noticed a very comfortable bed in my room.

the hotel is close to a sandy beach. it has blue flag status. there are water sports available there. the setting of this hotel is ideal for those wanting a quiet vacation.
