our window had a leak, and it woke us up when it rained. there was black mold on the window sill. i informed the reception, and they said they would call maintenance.

The hotel has a really convenient location. It is near the train station and the Royal Mile. My room was super clean and modern. It had everything I needed.
The fridge in my room didn't work . I also found that some of the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. My room was very hot at night and the air conditioning control didn't make any difference.

the location was great i walked everywhere the hotel also smelled very nice our room was clean and accommodating the nespresso pods were a nice touch. breakfast was expansive and delicious they even had someone making custom omelets. the staff were friendly and made me feel right at home
the first room was cramped with the bed against the wall there was no furniture for unpacking my clothes. i mentioned this to the receptionist who advised me he would speak to the manager nothing more was forthcoming
