the staff was so nice and friendly which was acceptable.
The air conditioning in the room was very loud. I kept it turned off most of the time. the card key for the room needed to be reprogrammed many times. It was annoying. the hotel is farther than i thought.

Mukhtar mohammed from bangladesh was especially helpful. He cleaned very well. yunus at reception was very kind. the location is quite good, about twelve minutes from the mosque on foot.
The air conditioning was too loud. the mattress was not comfortable at all. the shower cabinet lacked a door. Water splashed everywhere.

The location was close to the masjid, about a ten minute walk. This made daily prayers very convenient. I found the breakfast buffet offered good variety, including warm dishes and salads. the room was spacious and all necessary amenities were provided, i especially appreciated the reliable wifi.
the air conditioning unit in my room was a Little LOUD.

The location was amazing. It was just a short walk to the masjid nabwi. the breakfast buffet was a real highlight with a varied menu daily including warm dishes and delicious salads. i really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It contributed to a very peaceful stay.
the internet connectivity was unreliable . the shower cabin in my room had some damage and wasn't repaired despite repeated requests.
