The room seemed really old and tired. the bathroom especially needs updating. I saw some rust. the lighting was poor too. i was frustrated that the hotel clearly needs investment, but it isn't happening.

the hotel has a great location with direct access to the mosque through gates 330 and 329. this made prayer times very easy. housekeeper abu talib was kind and always ensured my comfort.

the bathrooms seemed dated. there were no complimentary items like a daily fruit platter. i also had issues with the half-board policy and the hotel did not accommodate my requests
