The hotel is conveniently close to the mosque, making it easy to get to prayers.
I had to wait over half an hour to check in even after informing them I would be late, and the front desk staff was rude. The Wi-Fi was also horrendous I had to use my own data for my whole family.

the location is good as it is a short walk to the mosque. i found fast accommodation at the restaurant, too.
the bathtub height is not suitable for elderly people. also, i could hear the guy in the next room talking on the phone for hours due to poor sound proofing.

The hotel is NEAR the Prophet's Mosque. It was just a short walk. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were useful. I appreciated that the housekeeping staff kept everything tidy, with a daily replenishment of items. Breakfast had lots of variety. I found many delicious options.
