acceptable locationbad odorbuilding pipe issue
the hotel location was acceptable because its near the masjid.
The room cleanliness needs work and they really need to do better with maintaining the building because its old. there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. I complained but didnt get any response or fix, its unacceptable.

i stayed at this spot. i loved the friendly staff. we got a free room upgrade. this offered us a lovely view of the mosque. i will definitely book again. the location is super. everything is perfectly fine here.
I asked several times for water bottles. i did not receive them. the hard mattress hurts your back. there is no noise control. I could hear everyone from the corridor.

the hotel maintains really good cleanliness! the linens and bathrooms are super clean. the rooms are well-kept. i had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for couples and business travelers.

yasser at reception gave a warm welcome upon arrival. the room included fresh bedding and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and equipped with useful amenities. i found the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. (the room temperature was also perfect). the breakfast had a great selection with an egg station. i noticed staff served qahwa and dates in reception after asar prayers. flavored water was available in the lobby area and was a nice touch. the porter staff were always on hand, efficiently assisting guests. bottled water in the room was replenished daily by the cleaning staff. i also appreciated how helpful the cleaning staff were throughout my visit. access to taxis outside was easy. the door panel featured a doorbell alongside 'do not disturb' and 'house cleaning' buttons.
the shower head delivered a slightly harsh water stream, it still met my basic needs.

the hotel is in excellent proximity to the mosque. it also offers very convenient access to the women's entrance. taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, aiding swift transport.

acceptable location , but some issues

the location was acceptable , as it was reasonably close to the haram.
the room cleanliness was not good , and there was a bad odor from the bathroom. this seemed like a building pipe issue , but my complaints didn't get any response or fix. the hotel needs to improve its maintenance , as it is an older building.
