the staff were helpful upon arrival. the room included usb and phone charger sockets next to the bed. the car parking area had ample space available. the hotel is conveniently situated for access to nearby areas.
The room blinds did not work properly. This impacted light control.

The location of the hotel was good for exploring the surrounding areas.
I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The bathroom had black mould, and the shower was awkward because of the low ceiling. the staff seemed quite rude. They did not.

the staff were friendly. the breakfast was good. i enjoyed that the restaurant had very good food and service, it was lovely.
the shower didn't work properly and was not fixed. the room hairdryer was not fit for purpose, the leads were too short. i was not charged for some of it, but it wasn't what i would expect of a hotel of this type.

i noticed dirt when i moved the bedside table. there were also some toenail clippings.
