Seaside Bliss

friendly reception lovely atmosphere reasonable prices

The friendly reception, and the pub had a lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay. I found my room, the King Double Sea View, to be very well positioned with views of the sea. I had dinner in the pub. The food from the specials board was very good, especially the salmon, and the prices were reasonable.

I found the lack of available parking a little inconvenient. I had to circle a few times before finding a spot on the busy harbour front.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel boasts a cute bar area that serves a variety of drinks, and the outdoor seating provides glorious bay views. The restaurant provides freshly cooked meals, and I was served by staff knowledgeable about the local area. I enjoyed the entertainment one evening too.

Location

10/10

The hotel benefits from a perfect position, granting easy access to local attractions, and it allowed me to explore the beautiful bay area easily. Its proximity to the harbor makes it a fantastic base for exploring, and the area felt safe. The views were nice.

Rooms

9/10

The King Double Sea View included complimentary toiletries, and the room was very clean upon arrival. The large bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the room was equipped with both an iron and hairdryer. The hotel ensured a pleasant stay.

Excellent Harbourfront Stay

harbour front breakfast service attentive staff

I appreciated the location of this hotel right on the harbour front. Breakfast service was prompt, and portions were good (especially the coffee). Staff members were attentive. They gave good advice on local walking routes.
