friendly hostess great location lovely view outdated hotel missing usb ports lacking towel hooks
The hostess proved very friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to the town center. My room overlooked the park and Loch Ryan. The view was lovely.
The hotel could benefit from some modern updates. I noticed a lack of USB ports in the sockets. I also missed having towel hooks in the bathroom. Towels had to sit on the toilet or floor, which wasn't ideal.

the staff was helpful and cute. I appreciated the super clean accommodation and the comfortable night's sleep. The owner was REALLY friendly.
Bit of road noise. Beds could do with an upgrade. No option for take away breakfast in the scenario of an early boat.
