i liked the location. it was close to many restaurants. the room size was also quite satisfactory. the staff was courteous and prompt, appreciated.
the air conditioning unit in my room seemed faulty. it gave off a strong musty smell. this resulted in a headache and a blocked nose, which disrupted my sleep.

the urban king room was spacious. it offered ample space. i found a comfortable sofa bed already prepared with linens. the location was excellent, especially with the proximity to the night markets, various restaurants, and the esplanade lagoon! they stayed open late.
the gym was pretty small and it only has limited equipment.

the hotel provided a prime location overlooking the great barrier reef and coral sea. walking to nearby attractions was easy. i found the proximity to the esplanade and other amenities very convenient! though the parking was expensive.

the room had good air conditioning and a tv with chromecast. complimentary movies are available on demand. the hotel provides secure off road parking for $15 per night. the location is close to the esplanade lagoon and night market.
balcony lights cannot be switched off. this was problematic as i like sleeping with the doors open.

the location proved convenient.. it provided effortless access to restaurants, the captivating ferris wheel, and the marina. i found the room quiet, a sanctuary created by double-glazed windows. the bed, adorned with supremely comfortable pillows, guaranteed undisturbed sleep. breakfast presented a really good variety. i also appreciated sea views from that area.
during my visit, i noticed that the pool towels seemed somewhat difficult to locate, and i observed the pool bar remained closed for a significant portion of the time.

i liked the location. it allowed me to walk out of the hotel directly into the bars and restaurants. i enjoyed the espresso coffee available in the room each morning. the chromecast tv was a nice touch. all required toiletries were provided.
the room tidying always happened in the afternoon , when i was getting ready to go out. it never got done.
