acceptable stay , but some issues
uncomfortable beds pillow problems
the staff was very helpful and helped me coz im fully deaf.
the beds and pillows were uncomfortable , and i couldn't sleep because of the noise from the room next door that had the tv on very late.

i stayed in a standard double room. the car parking was ample , a great convenience. i found the room clean and well presented.
the curtain allowed some light through in the morning.

i arrived early and expected to wait. the receptionist checked with housekeeping and i checked in right away. the room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. the bathroom was well equipped with lovely toiletries and a large shower area.
There was only one large towel in the room. I realized this after the other person showered. the car park has a parcel locker, and the collector at 4 a.m. was very loud. a parked coach ran its engines for 30 minutes before leaving.

some issues noted
noisy air con insufficient curtain
the air conditioning unit made noise throughout the night. i did not sleep well because of this constant noise. the curtain let light in during the morning because part of the window was not covered. perhaps the hotel should examine the window shape and install a curtain that bends around the entire window, preventing light from entering.
