a fine experience

i found the hotel near several transport stations, it was quite helpful. the room design seemed modern and stylish. the electric kettle and iron were useful additions (i did need to iron my shirt). the staff offered a city exploration guide that considered different guest timelines.
the room felt small, i think bigger rooms will be a great value for travellers. it was a bit uncomfortable, but i managed to rest well anyway.

there were multiple restaurants near the hotel, providing diverse culinary options for lunch and dinner. these establishments were within easy walking distance, thus enabling spontaneous dining choices and avoiding extensive travel. i found a great italian place.

the staff provided quick assistance when i requested extra towels for the room. the reception was available 24 hours, convenient for late-night check-ins or early departures. they also offered luggage storage after checkout.

The hotel is near a tram stop. It's only a three minute walk. I found everything clean. coffee and tea were available (a great perk after a long day!). The bathroom featured ample space.
the pillows provided were too soft for my liking. They seemed to lack proper support, impacting my sleep quality. I suggest firmer pillows .

The breakfast included a nice selection of items. I especially liked the fresh bread. I saw several options, including both hot and cold dishes, with good variety offered. The breakfast area also included plentiful seating and was well kept.

the location was good, with restaurants nearby and the train station only a few stops away.
the air conditioning didn't work. it was 27 degrees in the room. i had to sleep with the window open, and there was a lot of street noise (it was awful). also, it wasn't clear if breakfast was included.

the location worked well for my plans trams are very close. the facilities seemed new and well-kept. i found parking convenient too i had no issues finding a spot.
i noticed separate beds with separate mattresses which isn't ideal for couples. there were only basic soap and shower gels no other amenities. also there is no room service i had to get things myself.
