An Excellent Stay!!!
convenient location superb facilities beautiful touch excellent service
I found the location really good. The hotel sits right next to a ferry stop. St Marks Square is very close too. I was greeted with excellent service and superb facilities, it was AMAZING!!! The Murano glass tumblers added a beautiful touch. I really appreciated that.
The air conditioning system could not be adjusted below 22 degrees, I found that to be somewhat limiting.

The vaporetto station is directly next to the hotel, made traveling so easy. Gondolas are available right in front of the building. The hotel is situated very close to San Marco square, I liked that.

The staff was attentive and polite. The hotel concierge arranged a private water taxi for us upon arrival, this was very helpful. I was immediately greeted and treated well, a real experience!

The buffet breakfast offered many choices, I loved it. There is a restaurant with canal views. I had dinner there one night. The breakfast terrace overlooks the Salute, offering a beautiful view.
