The location is central. Saint Mark's Square is just a short walk away. The staff helped with storing our bags after checkout, a service I appreciated. Breakfast included pastries of a high standard..
The hotel lacked complimentary water. I found the carpet in the suite had some stains..

the location was excellent, very close to piazza san marco. it was also conveniently near the waterfront for water buses. the staff was warm, i appreciated their accommodating nature.
our room was dusty, even after the daily cleaning. it was bizarre that they didn't do dusting. there was a lot of dust in the cabinets and on the lights.

the location was prime. it was an easy walk to san marco square. breakfast offered many choices. staff members were friendly. our room had plenty of space and was clean.
the mattress wasn't the comfiest.

the front desk arranged a water taxi to the airport for us. a staff member even walked us to the water taxi meeting point. the staff responded quickly when i asked for warm milk.

the location allows quick access to san marco square, a mere three-minute walk. the alilaguna line b dock is also a five-minute walk, convenient for airport transfers. the rialto market is a fifteen-minute walk and biennale is thirty minutes away. the water bus stop is close.
