the room was quite nice and spacious. the artwork in the public areas is amazing. breakfast had wonderful choices and everything was presented beautifully.

the cleaning lady came into the room every morning at 9 am. the downstairs bar near the entrance had a very long wait time and wasn't professional. toothpaste and ear swabs were never refilled .

the location was ACCEPTABLE.

the cleaning service entered the room every morning at 9am , which I found VERY disruptive. breakfast cost 45€ per person , but it closed 10 minutes early. ALSO , basic amenities like toothpaste and cotton swabs were never refilled .
