friendly staff golf course
the staff was friendly. the twin beds were huge. The view overlooked the golf course and was quite LOVELY.

i had a great overnight stay with two other couples. the rooms were spacious. every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. (it. i would definitely recommend this hotel.
i noticed a noise from the ventilation system. it was constant and i could not turn it off. i think this should be fixed.

empty crisp packet overcooked salmon
The room wasn't ready when i arrived. i found an empty crisp packet left by cleaning staff. dinner included tasteless pate and overcooked salmon. They overcharged me for wine, confusing it with water.

i found the staff at the front desk to be very helpful. my classic king room was clean, and it was a good size. the food in the restaurant was nice too.
the car parking situation was outrageous! i drove in and immediately had to pay for a minimum of two hours via an app. the app added a "convenience fee" on top of the posted charge, annoying. signage about how to pay was limited and the whole process was like a money extraction for wanting to drop my wife off for lunch.

steam room cute staff quick service dirty paint unkempt lawn visible weeds
i enjoyed the pool area. it includes a steam room. a sauna is available also. i found the staff at the bar very cute. they served drinks quickly.
i found the exterior areas showing wear. the paint was dirty. some lawns needed attention. there were weeds present.

great lunch attentive staff basic room odd layout
i had a great lunch as part of a spa package. maria, emily, and layla looked after me so well. the staff were attentive. the food was lovely and i will definitely return
i was given a twin room. it was odd as i checked in around 4:30 and double rooms were still available. the room is fairly basic. the bathroom has an odd layout with no bath.
