underwhelming stay needs improvement
impersonal servicedisappointing veranda
the service felt impersonal i encountered staff who seemed uninterested i found some inconsistencies in the information i received from different team members the room i booked with a veranda was not provided this was disappointing the river view was also not as excellent as i had anticipated it just wasn't worth the extra cost

The location near the danube is super convenient. it's so easy to hop on the metro since it's really close by! the bed was amazingly comfy. I slept like a log. the breakfast had tons of options, that was great!
The cleanliness in the room wasn't the best. There was dust everywhere. the hotel hosted loud parties until late. It was hard to sleep well. i missed having hair conditioner and body lotion in the room

the breakfast had many options to choose from it was a good way to start the day before seeing the city.
i was disappointed to find the room i was assigned was quite dusty there seemed to be a layer of grime over many surfaces i would expect a higher level of cleanliness.

some issues but decent
dishonest staffuncomfortable bed
the staff was not very helpful i checked out early on august 1st and left my bags to pick up later when i returned i realized i left a souvenir bag and a chocolate bar in the fridge i called but no one answered they claimed the cleaning lady found nothing a chocolate bar in the fridge seems impossible i was disappointed by this dishonesty the bed wasn't very comfortable either
