splendid location, amazing service
massive bedproper pressuregood breakfastpoor attitude
i found the hotel rooms were really nice. a massive bed was really comfortable. the shower had proper water pressure too.
during checkout, a front desk employee had poor attitude. she rudely asked about minibar consumption. i explained no consumption occurred, but she rolled eyes.

the staff were helpful and engaging. they are fluent in english. emilio was excellent before and after we arrived. the staff was very friendly, so knowledgeable, and ready to help.
