An Okay Stay, But Invoice Issues
invoice problem staff emails
The television could only be used as a web browser. It was not properly connected. The hot water took a very long time to come. The most significant issue was the lack of professionalism regarding my invoice. It had the wrong address and amount. The staff sent internal emails by mistake. It showed they did not want to deal with my reservation.

small bathroom damaged floor
the breakfast had a lot of choices including waffles and pancakes.
the room was too warm after a hot shower because there were no fans in the bathroom. the bathroom was also very small and the floor was damaged. i think the building is not really a 4-star hotel.

The staff at reception were really helpful with directions. breakfast offered a nice selection of pastries and fruits! the happy hour at the bar was a nice treat, offering two cocktails for the price of one. I found it good value.
the room was a bit small though perfectly functional.

the standard double room featured a tv and a mini bar, very convenient. the room had unlimited wifi and the beds were clean with mattress protectors. it was a nice touch to have fresh towels daily, even without requesting them.

The hotel's location is very close to transport links, a 2-minute walk. Buses, trams, and the metro are easily accessible. the metro station is very close. Many main attractions are within walking distance too! the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

Breakfast was superb. There were many choices including waffles, pancakes, cooked meats, and cereals. the hotel gave information for restaurants, tourist buses, and spas at check in. senior travelers get to travel on all transport for free, just carry a passport. It is something to be aware of.

helpful staff fresh towels
the staff was polite and helpful. a cleaner gave fresh towels daily, even without a request. the room was clean . the hotel is a short walk from buses, trams and the metro (.. ) these transport options go to all attractions.
the rooms are a little dark. some furniture was chipped in places. it would be nice to have brighter lighting and better furniture conditions.
