The hotel's location across from the train station simplified my travel. I found the free luggage storage very useful before checking in (it saved me a lot of trouble). The breakfast provided a wide array of options. The staff members were helpful and spoke English fluently.
I found that the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The hotel's location is excellent with tram stops right outside. It made getting around very easy. the quirky and colorful design of the interior added a playful element. i found the breakfast selection substantial, including everything i needed to start my day.
i noticed the hotel did not supply complimentary water in the rooms.

the location was good. also all staff were good.
they somehow thought it was a great idea to put two individual duvets on a king size bed. this IS NOT a good idea, i didn't sleep well at all because of this. and we asked multiple times and were told this was hotel policy, and that they had no king size duvets in the hotel at all.
