really good experience!
natural materials convenient location varied options respectful staff
i adored the room's décor, particularly the use of natural materials. the proximity to the u1 underground line simplified traveling around the city. the breakfast buffet offered varied, tasty options. the staff was consistently professional and very courteous.
the bathroom was a little compact, but this was a very small issue.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection of homemade and organic treats, including on-site prepared breads and local honey. they also had an amazing curated selection of meats and cheeses. i thought the food was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast was tasty. the atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable to me.
the air conditioning made a lot of noise, so it was hard to sleep at night.

The hotel staff was helpful. They offered accessible parking. The family room suite had comfortable twin beds for my teen children. The staff loaned us an umbrella during a rainstorm, kind.

amazing stay!
friendly staff clean room great breakfast
the staff was super friendly. They helped me buy the vienna city pass right at the hotel. our room was so clean and big. breakfast was the best i have eaten at a hotel in a long time. The attention to detail is excellent!
the air conditioning was quite noisy, it made sleeping a bit difficult.

the staff seemed very helpful and warm! they always greeted guests with smiles and were quick to assist with directions. the team really seems to believe in offering a cute and kind service.

The comfort double room balcony was spacious! it was clean and very comfortable. i really enjoyed the lovely room decoration and details. The bed was also comfortable. i slept perfectly.

The location was perfect! it's super close to the main train station for catching the s7 from the airport. there's a tube station outside, only three stops to the main city. Christmas markets were reasonable with ubers.

Breakfast had such a big variety of food items, very well presented, and healthful! the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. It catered to every taste! i found it excellent.
