the staff was super friendly. They helped me buy the vienna city pass right at the hotel. our room was so clean and big. breakfast was the best i have eaten at a hotel in a long time. The attention to detail is excellent!
the air conditioning was quite noisy, it made sleeping a bit difficult.

The location was perfect! it's super close to the main train station for catching the s7 from the airport. there's a tube station outside, only three stops to the main city. Christmas markets were reasonable with ubers.

Breakfast had such a big variety of food items, very well presented, and healthful! the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. It catered to every taste! i found it excellent.
