basic room lack of amenities
The location was acceptable because it allowed easy access to public transportation. The number 2 tram was easily accessible.
the room was quite basic. it lacked tea and coffee, despite having a kettle and cups. i expected a better equipped room for the price i paid.

dirty walls old furniture
i was initially pleased with the hotel's location near the tram station. the breakfast was decent, but the very old furniture really detracted from the experience. dirty walls were noticeable, and there were not enough convenient outlets (a modern traveler's woe!). the bathroom door placement next to the bed was awkward.

varied option convenient location friendly staff responsive attitude
the breakfast buffet provided a good start to each day. it included a variety of options. the location proved very convenient. many attractions and restaurants were within easy reach. i particularly appreciated the friendly attitude of the hotel staff.
the street outside was occasionally a little noisy at night, it wasn't a major issue but sometimes noticeable.

amazing gem in the heart of the city!
perfect location easy travel lovely staff fresh fruit
this place rocks! i was so close to everything. getting around was super easy because the metro station is so close. the staff are really lovely and always ready to help. the breakfast blew me away. there was so much to choose from, including yummy fresh fruit, i'm excited!
the elevator is a bit old, but it has so much character! i'm happy about the character of the hotel.

fresh juices tram access fantastic food
the breakfast selection included fresh juices and eggs. the location was near tram line 2, it provides direct access through the city center. i found a very good restaurant, rosnowsky, it had fantastic food nearby.
the room and hotel was fairly basic, it needs some work.
