a blissful urban escape!!!

The open balcony overlooking the courtyard was special. It reminded me of a private sanctuary. our room, the premium queen room sofa bed garden view, had a dreamy view. the modern design throughout the hotel was both elegant and inviting!!!

fantastic stay!
excellent location sunny courtyard pleasant place
the location was excellent, only minutes from the pilgramgasse metro station. the cat train to the airport and the downtown area are easily accessible. the hotel has a lovely sunny courtyard with many plants , a pleasant place to sit and relax. i would definitely stay again.
the room was not automatically serviced every day , which i thought was unusual considering the price per night.

convenient location public transportation modern design
the location proved quite convenient. public transportation access was available nearby. the lobby design was modern and cute. the bar area offered a good selection of drinks.
the air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a consistently cool temperature. i reported it, but the issue persisted throughout my stay. this made sleeping a bit difficult.

the standard queen room included a comfortable bed and soundproof windows. the room featured blackout curtains and digital climate control. a large walk-in shower with soft towels was also present.

Mixed experience. Some issues need attention
reduced service dirty bin
The so-called 'sustainable stay' policy is a joke. the room wasn't cleaned daily, only every three days. They claim it's for ecological reasons, but it feels like a cost-cutting measure. i wasn't told about this when i booked, and the price wasn't reduced despite the reduced service! the dirty bin was unpleasant

modern design green plants great breakfast warm room stuffy room no acknowledgement
The hotel had a really modern design. i liked the green plants everywhere! the breakfast had great options too. I could order food directly from the menu. the room was amazingly quiet.
The room was too warm. the air conditioning was on max, but it was still stuffy. i mentioned this to the staff. They sent someone to check the aircon but nothing improved. i didn't get anything special even though it was my husband's birthday, special touch.

i liked the hotel design. the staff was well prepared. they helped us with a baby cot fast. the room has good decor. we had access to a terrace. the breakfast was good. i found it a bit overcrowded.
