fantastic stay!

the location was excellent, only minutes from the pilgramgasse metro station. the cat train to the airport and the downtown area are easily accessible. the hotel has a lovely sunny courtyard with many plants , a pleasant place to sit and relax. i would definitely stay again.

the room was not automatically serviced every day , which i thought was unusual considering the price per night.

The so-called 'sustainable stay' policy is a joke. the room wasn't cleaned daily, only every three days. They claim it's for ecological reasons, but it feels like a cost-cutting measure. i wasn't told about this when i booked, and the price wasn't reduced despite the reduced service! the dirty bin was unpleasant

The hotel had a really modern design. i liked the green plants everywhere! the breakfast had great options too. I could order food directly from the menu. the room was amazingly quiet.

The room was too warm. the air conditioning was on max, but it was still stuffy. i mentioned this to the staff. They sent someone to check the aircon but nothing improved. i didn't get anything special even though it was my husband's birthday, special touch.
