The location was convenient (close to public transport). The building had a nice interior and exterior. The staff was friendly and cute, it was a plus.
The coffee machine in the room only included two coffees per day. This was not enough. The towels were small and thin. The toilet paper was cheap. (I did not like it.)

i found the check-in process smooth even though i arrived a bit early the staff greeted me with such grace. my room was a haven it offered generous space and felt impeccably clean a detail i cherish. the location proved convenient a short stroll connected me to the city's vibrant transport network. breakfast shone with freshness and diversity. there were plenty of delicious choices that started each day beautifully.
i noticed a very slight inconvenience the minibar prices seemed a tad high though i understand the convenience they offer.

the staff displayed a warmth and attentiveness that elevated my experience the team consistently offered help and always remembered small details. their genuine care was evident in every interaction from check-in to assistance with local directions the service felt personal.

The room included quality furniture and stylish decor. i found plenty of power outlets, so charging devices was easy. i appreciated the proactive and helpful staff. They really made a difference! the beds felt very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
the air conditioning was quite mild, but it did take the edge off the heat.
