absolute gem in the museum district
museum quartier excellent restaurants fast taxis
the location is fantastic! it's very close to the museum quartier. i found excellent restaurants nearby and a convenient shop across the street. taxis arrived super fast when i needed them!!!
I thought the elevator was quite small. It was barely large enough to fit my luggage.

We chose this place for our honeymoon and were very pleased. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The private spa was a special treat. It was honestly the best thing ever.

the king bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
upon arrival, i received minimal information about the hotel's offerings and services, not ideal. when i inquired about uber pickup locations, the staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. this initial interaction left a rather poor impression.

the LOCATION was good and close to many attractions.
the staff seemed uninterested , when I asked for help with directions , they gave vague answers. the room was too warm, and the air conditioning did NOT seem to work. this MADe for an uncomfortable night.

quick response great care amazing hike
I discovered immediate email responses to all my inquiries. The staff cared for me throughout my whole stay. Philipp helped me find an amazing hike after my initial one got cancelled. Amany provided restaurant recommendations and ensured I found my way, showing real care.
