the king bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
upon arrival, i received minimal information about the hotel's offerings and services, not ideal. when i inquired about uber pickup locations, the staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. this initial interaction left a rather poor impression.

the LOCATION was good and close to many attractions.
the staff seemed uninterested , when I asked for help with directions , they gave vague answers. the room was too warm, and the air conditioning did NOT seem to work. this MADe for an uncomfortable night.
