the staff was very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the plentiful selection at breakfast. i found the location to be a short walk from the main attractions. it was nice to have a physical key instead of a card.
The room lacked shampoo. There was only a combination shampoo and body wash. It could use some maintenance. i expect more amenities and better maintenance in a hotel like this.

the hotel has a great location, close to the central area with easy subway access. the receptionist always greeted me with a smile. i found the breakfast choice quite nice. it was easy to find restaurants and shops nearby too.
i requested a quiet room, but I got one at the front. the room amplified every noise from outside. it made it difficult to sleep at times.. also, there was no shampoo or conditioner available in the bathroom. they only had a combination shampoo and body wash.

the location was a quiet little cul-de-sac. it seemed like a hidden gem, yet i was in the heart of everything. i also enjoyed the superb breakfast with many options, especially the fresh pastries. the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, providing quick assistance.
the shower head's placement made showering awkward. the tub lacked traction strips, it felt slippery and unsafe. i also noted an odor of old cigarettes, it seemed embedded in the walls.

the location was excellent. everything was within walking distance. the subway was also close by, only 100 meters away. the breakfast offered much variety.
the room i booked had neither a toilet nor a shower. i had to leave my room to access them. this was quite annoying. there was no ac and the bed was a sofa with a mattress on top.
