The hotel proved very convenient for accessing both shops and the waterfront. My room included a balcony.. I found that to be a significant perk. The location was also advantageous, placing me within a short walk of the train station.

During my visit, I noticed flies in the dining area, which detracted from the experience. The bacon served at breakfast looked undercooked, something the hotel should definitely address.

The staff arranged both airport transfers AND the transfer to the ship. the breakfast was huge. It wasn't the usual bread and coffee i've had at other european hotels.

I was not thrilled that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was uncomfortably warm. Showers were also a bit of a cold surprise each morning, as there was no hot water available. Honestly, I expected better temperature control from a hotel at this price point.
