excellent hotel, amazing location!

This hotel is near the vatican. shops and restaurants are right outside the door. the hotel staff scheduled taxis to the airport for me. The trip took about 45 minutes. i pre-booked my vatican visit before i arrived and got tickets to the colosseum once i was there.
the shower head leaked, and there was a gap in the screen. i had to use towels to soak up the water on the floor. there were bugs crawling around, likely due to the wetness and heat.

the room was spacious and clean and it was cleaned every day. the bathroom was modern and spacious, and all facilities were available. the rooms had lovely views and everything i needed.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It had an awesome self-serve coffee machine. the breakfast buffet had everything i needed including a huge selection of meats and cheeses. the breakfast restaurant was spotlessly clean.

Flavia at the front desk was warm, courteous, and friendly. She was always ready to help. the staff was helpful and gave good recommendations. They were super responsive when i had questions. the front desk associates were personable and accommodating.

The hotel lobby is nice and comfortable. It is great. this hotel has a very good vibe and is very safe. the hotel arranged taxis to and from the airport.

friendly staffclean room
the hotel staff greeted me warmly. i found the location very convenient near the vatican and plenty of restaurants. the air conditioning worked perfectly during the heatwave. my room was clean and well maintained
the stairs to the first floor were not cleaned often enough

Adequate stay, marred by shower issues

The location is quite good, close to many restaurants and attractions.
The shower leaked significantly , flooding the bathroom floor. The water spread across the tiles and was difficult to contain with the available towels. This created an ongoing inconvenience and a slipping hazard.
