really good stay
one-bedroom suitebeautiful viewdaily linencomplimentary water
the one-bedroom suite i booked included a balcony. it provided views of the santa maria basilica and it was beautiful at night (especially the lights). housekeeping kept the room very clean throughout my stay and they provided daily linen changes. complimentary still and sparkling water were replenished each day and i appreciated it.
the hot food at breakfast was cold so i ate the continental breakfast.

breakfast included a buffet with eggs and savoury items. it also had bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, and pastries. an omelet was available when requested and there was a self-serve espresso machine with espresso and cappuccino.

the front desk staff was helpful with all questions. they helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the cruise pier. everyone was friendly and cute at the hotel.

the room seemed newly remodelled and modern. the shower was great and there were nice, fluffy towels. i received a complimentary bottle of water every day of my stay. i found the bed to be comfortable.

the hotel is a seven-minute walk from roma termini. the cavour metro is also seven minutes away and reaches the colosseum. there are many groceries and atms within three minutes. i found many restaurants on via urbana and via cavour within ten minutes.

I found the location very convenient. The train station was about eight minutes walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alice at the front desk. Alice helped me reset the A/C system in my room. The technicians were patient to fulfill my requests.
I noticed the rooms lacked hanging storage, but this worked fine for my short stay.

The staff were available and always ready to assist with any inquiries i had. I note they provide prompt and efficient assistance for requests. The reception team ensured a smooth check-in process and i felt welcomed upon arrival.
