A decent stay overall

The staff stored our bags. I arrived earlier than check in, so this was very helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well distributed.. I also found different food options and laundry services nearby.
The lobby had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was also old and dark. The luggage area didn't have any type of security. There was no one to check our bags, so I felt unsafe leaving valuables.

the front desk staff were helpful. they walked me to my room and explained how everything worked. i found lots of restaurants and gelato shops located nearby.
the breakfast was not great. it took place in a bar near the hotel. there was little variety, poor quality, and high cost. the room had very little natural light.

the room was quite spacious and very clean it had everything i needed for my stay the housekeeping was great and kept the room tidy with fresh towels daily i also appreciated the kettle even though i had to get my own coffee the bed was comfy too
the walls seemed rather thin and i could hear some noise from the hallway at times it was slightly disruptive but not a major issue

many restaurants were nearby the hotel a pizza shop next door sold tasty pizza by weight this was convenient for quick meals i found many options for italian food nearby also.

this hotel is in a good position walkable distance to multiple landmark places i found the termini station a short walk away and it allowed easy access to other parts of the city.

the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful they showed me to my room and explained the air-con they spoke good english and provided assistance whenever i asked them for something.

the hotel was close to termini station making travel easy i found it simple to reach many attractions on foot. the staff stored my bags after checkout allowing me to explore more the room was nice and neat i had a fridge for keeping drinks cold.
