the hotel staff offered prompt car service when needed. i received a helpful map of the city and directions. breakfast was plentiful, it included american cuisine and local options. i tasted fresh flavors at dinner.
The ventilation was off . I had to open windows. i heard noises from the reception floor. there was a party and i had trouble sleeping. it was too hot even with the windows open.

slow restockingunderstaffed breakfast
my stay had a few shortcomings. the breakfast service suffered from a lack of staff. tables were not cleaned promptly and food restocking was slow. tea and coffee were self-service from urns, even though this is supposed to be a four-star hotel. there are no pepper grinders available at the table.

this stay happened near the main termini station, it makes getting around really easy. the staff helped with directions and taxis. breakfast had various options, like american bacon and eggs and even some roman dishes.
i noticed the hotel had ventilation turned off, so it was a little hot in the room.

the hotel included a breakfast spread, and it included both american and roman cuisine. i noticed stewed beans, chicory, croissants, pastries, and nutella were available. a restaurant next door caters to tourists, but an authentic roman restaurant nearby called amedeo has great food.

the hotel offers maps of the city to use when venturing out. if needed, the staff arranged for car service with a prompt sprinter van. major attractions were easily accessible, including the colosseum and saint peter in chains church.

the rooms included soaking tubs, a nice feature after walking around. rooms are located in a corner, it provides extra privacy. the rooms included a private door that opens to two separate rooms.

The breakfast room proved chaotic. wait times for coffee was excessive, even with numerous staff present. staff did not seem particularly solicitous or cordial, and the first morning, my table was not set. The waiter placed the coffee cup on the table in a hurried manner.
