The staff was friendly. the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were attentive. i loved the christmas surprise left on our door. It included homemade goodies.

the room was very small. there was only just enough space to walk around the bed. there were no in-room facilities to make tea or coffee. cable tv lacked english-speaking channels.
