the breakfast buffet offered many options. the staff helped with my requests promptly. the room was clean and modern. i found the location convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
the bar service was slow during one evening.

i found the beds were comfortable. the breakfast buffet provided many great food choices. the rooms were also very nice overall. i had a good experience.
the room lacked even basic amenities, like a minibar or glasses for water. room cleaning was only done once every two days. i also noticed they didn't vacuum the floors .

The room was super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included all you need and was really satisfying. We asked for a kettle because it wasn't initially in the room and the staff delivered it very quickly. I found this service very helpful and prompt.

the breakfast offered good food choices. the beds were really comfortable and helped me rest well. the bathroom in my room felt spacious which i appreciated.
the staff didn't seem to smile much at reception. i asked for a glass of wine but the barman was sick. because of that, i was told the fridge was locked and i couldn't get any wine.
